I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible teams. Learn more about the impact they are making below.

  • NAACP Legal Defense Fund

I worked with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and the Terence Crutcher Foundation to build a strategic local and state policy platform on policing, civic participation, and public accountability — emphasizing racial equity-centered and community-based solutions.

  • Impact Tulsa

Working with Impact Tulsa’s Executive Team and new Policy Director, I designed an equitable, youth-focused education policy agenda process, including aligning and organizing philanthropic, business, nonprofit, and community partners.

  • Children's Funding Project

Working with Children’s Funding Project and Strive Together, I am developing fiscal maps of local, state, federal, and philanthropic spending on education and youth to identify critical gaps, provide ongoing analysis, and inform future investments.

  • Equity Quotient

Equity Quotient is an AI-powered stakeholder intelligence platform that helps organizations better understand their suppliers, customers, employees, and community. I lead EQ’s public-private partnership efforts, building relationships with organizations committed to better reflecting and serving their communities.

  • Tulsa Market District

I helped the Tulsa Market District, an emerging business association along Tulsa’s Route 66, to create a strategy for one of Tulsa’s first Business Improvement Districts including legal analysis; community goal setting and engagement strategies; and building public and political support.

  • The Tulsa Initiative

I spearheaded a multi-stakeholder project designing a new organization to catalyze equity-centered growth and civic participation. My team conducted a comprehensive analysis of Tulsa’s adopted community plans, interviewed 16 national peers, and developed an organizational values framework, legal structure, four key pillars of work, detailed five-year work plan, staffing model, and scalable budget.
